Order processing

Most of our products are made in small and exclusive quantities that may require longer processing times. We post all directly available items within 1-3 working days, yet for some items we may need 7-14 business days for preparation. Next to this, due to the current global situation, transfer times may vary. Our customers are fully covered against any loss or misplacement, yet we kindly ask for your understanding and patience if deliveries take longer than expected. Please note that, because of weight regulations and product availability ,we may split your order into  smaller parcels and sent them separately. Each individual parcel will be provided with it's unique track & trace code, of which you will automatically be notified.

After your order has been posted you will be sent an e-mail with an unique Track & Trace Code and a tracking link. You can also check the status of your order or track your parcel directly through our website.

Disclaimer

All purchases are insured for failed deliveries. 

A customer is solely responsible for providing a correct shipping address where goods can be safely received.

If a parcel is diverted back to us or lost due to wrongly indicated address, we shall refund a customer purchase amount minus 10% of transaction costs.

Since most of our shipments require signature, we do not ship to P.O. boxes!
