At Simple Moderne, we don’t operate on mass production.

Most of our pieces are created in small batches, in collaboration with carefully selected, certified manufacturers — primarily in China, alongside limited production in Italy. This allows us to focus on distinctive design, quality, and detail, rather than volume.

Because of this approach, each order goes through a preparation process before shipping.

If an item is readily available, it will be dispatched quickly. If not, it may require a short production or finishing window.

For this reason, order processing typically takes 1–7 business days, and in some cases slightly longer when items are part of sample or test production runs.

This is part of how we keep our collections considered, limited, and intentionally made.

We offer a 30-day return window on all orders.

For customers in the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia, free return options are available.

We offer free or low-cost standard shipping to most countries.

To keep shipping accessible, we use the most efficient delivery option available, which may include delivery to a local parcel shop or pickup point, or standard home delivery.
