At Simple Moderne, we believe in mindful fashion—pieces made to last, chosen with intention. While we know not everything always works out, our return process is here to make things simple, fair, and transparent.

 

How to Start Your Return

To manage your return, simply log into your account here:

Once logged in:

  1. Select your order and the items you'd like to return or exchange
  2. Follow the step-by-step return instructions
  3. Submit your request in just a few clicks
  4. You’ll receive email updates with shipping guidelines once your return is approved

 

What Can Be Returned?

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is:

  • In original, unused condition
  • With all tags and packaging intact
  • Not part of our outlet or discounted collections
  • Not custom-made or personalized
  • Not a gift card

Faulty or defective items? You're covered—just reach out within 7 days of delivery with a description and photos of the issue.

 

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order. Once your exchange is approved, we’ll ship your replacement right out.

 

Refund Options

We offer flexible refund solutions based on your preference:

  • Original Payment Method – Refunded within 1–7 business days after inspection. Timing may vary by provider.
  • Gift Card Refund – Instant refund once your return is processed, plus 20% added value, including a return shipping bonus.
  • Store Credit – Always an option if you want to keep browsing.

Return Shipping

  • You may choose any courier you prefer
  • While not required, we highly recommend using tracked shipping
  • Keep your shipping receipt until your return is confirmed as received

We do not reimburse return shipping costs—but if you opt for a gift card refund, we’ll add that amount to your refund as a thank-you.

Important for UK & Non-EU Returns

Please clearly mark the return parcel as “RETURN” and declare a minimal value (e.g. €1 or equivalent).
All international returns go through customs, and improper labeling can result in fees or refusal. We're not repurchasing the item—this is a return.

Our Outlet Section supports sustainable fashion by offering last-chance pieces at super low prices. Because of this, all outlet sales are final—no returns or refunds.
