Orders are usually prepared within 1–7 business days.

In some cases — such as sample pieces or test-production items — processing may take up to 7–15 business days while the item is carefully prepared.

If your order includes items with different processing times, it may ship in separate parcels. You’ll receive a confirmation once each part is on its way.

If you choose free standard shipping, we’ll select the most efficient and cost-effective delivery option available. This usually means your parcel will be delivered to a local parcel shop, where it can be collected at your convenience.

Delivery times may vary depending on local couriers and weather conditions. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link with all delivery details.

All taxes included, even for US orders. No surprises at delivery.

We offer a 30-day return window. In some circumstances, we understand that returns may take longer to arrive — as long as you inform us in advance, we’re happy to take this into account.

All returns are handled in The Netherlands. Customers can choose the courier of their choice and send items back to us directly. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

As a gesture of goodwill, return shipping costs may be compensated in the form of store credit or a gift card, which can be used toward future purchases.

Refunds are issued once the returned item has arrived safely and has been checked and registered by our team.

Our showroom in Alkmaar was open between 2021 and 2023.

At the moment, visits are not possible, as we’re in the process of finding a new location.
