After your order has been posted you will be sent an e-mail with an unique Track & Trace Code and a tracking link. You can also check the status of your order or track your parcel directly through our website.
A customer is solely responsible for providing a correct shipping address where goods can be safely received.
In case of failed deliveries, where a customer has provided an incorrect address or was not available to receive/collect the parcel(s) and the parcel(s) is being returned back to us by postal service, the transaction will be considered void. The full purchase amount minus standard transaction and shipping fee of 12 EUR will be refunded back to the customer within 14 days after the parcel(s) are returned to us.

How to apply for Return/Refund?
Simply fill in our Return Formand select your desired option. You can choose to return for Refund, Replacement/Resize or a Store Credit.
You simply do not like the item you have purchased, or it does not fit you the way you want. Please fill in the return request form, indicating your desired outcome. The return item(s) should be reported for return within 14 days from the confirmed delivery date. If you are receiving several different parcels, please treat each request individually.
Use this option to request size exchange or if you wish to have some other item instead of the one ordered. You can also request for a store credit which you can use for the purchase of any other desired item.
We use high levels of control during the manufacturing, packing and shipping. Yet, in the unfortunate case you have received a defective or a wrong item, we are happy to take full responsibility. We kindly ask you for your collaboration by providing us with photographic evidence and detailed description together with your return form so we can handle your request appropriately.
We can cancel your order up until 12 hours from the time of transaction processing. When items have been handed over to shipment handlers, order cancellation is no longer available. For approved cancelled orders the return amount will always be deducted by 10% transaction costs.
If all items (from the orders of two and more) are being returned, we will treat this as Order Cancellation with applicable cancellation fee.
For returns that do not fall under the conditions above, but will still be accepted (e.g.approved late registration or arrival), we may apply up to 25% restocking fee, per our assessment.
The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs for Regular or Replacement returns.
If your shipped items are worth more than 75 EUR/USD, you should consider using a Track & Trace shipping service or obtain shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item(s), nor do we assume responsibility in return shipping issues. However, we will always try to assist in overcoming any problem you may encounter.
