How do I return?
Enter your order number and email address in the Order Lookup box below to find your order. Once found, follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return or see changed. You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
What items are returnable?
- Items reported within 14 days of confirmed delivery*
- In original condition
- Unwashed and Unworn
- In the original packaging
*For multiple items received, report each item individually after delivery
What items are non-refundable?
- Items worn or washed
- Items altered from the original (ironed, tailored, sewn)
- Items smelling of perfume or detergents
- Items damaged after delivery
- Items not reported within 14 days after delivery
- Items without original tags
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- On approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days.
