We highly recommend to measure your foot before ordering our shoes. For measuring, place your sole flat and measure from your longest toe to your heal. Choose your size based on your foot length + around 1 cm. For example: your foot length is 24.4 cm - choose size 39 for the most comfortable fit!

Each Look is Different!
Our models demonstrate standard size for women up to 1.7 m (5.57 ft.), featuring sizes S-M. It is advisable to consider that each look is different, depending on your shape and figure. If you are somewhat unsure about how an item will fit you, please consult our measurement chart or contact us for assistance via: firstname.lastname@example.org

Please note that based on direct product availability and weight regulations your order might be split into a smaller parcels and sent separately. Each individual parcel will be provided it's unique track & trace code.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note that currently products from Our Punky & Gothy Mix Boutique can be shipped only within Euro zone. All other collections are being shipped worldwide.

After your order has been posted you will be sent an e-mail with an unique Track & Trace Code and a tracking link. You can also check the status of your order or track your parcel directly through our website.
All purchases are insured for failed deliveries.
A customer is solely responsible for providing a correct shipping address where goods can be safely received.
If a parcel is diverted back to us or lost due to wrongly indicated address, we shall refund a customer purchase amount minus 10% of transaction costs.
Since most of our shipments require signature, we do not ship to P.O. boxes!

30 Day Return/Refund Policy
Item(s) should be reported for return within 14 days from the confirmed delivery date. If you are receiving separate parcels from the same order, please report each request individually (unless otherwise agreed).
How to apply for a Return/Refund?
- Simply fill in our Return Form and select your option. You can choose to return for a REFUND, a REPLACEMENT or a STORE CREDIT.
Buyers are self responsible for paying return shipping costs. In most cases, returns will be accepted and processed in our headquarters in the Netherlands.
Return shipments will only be accepted accompanied by a Track and Trace label. The Track and Trace number should be sent to Simple Moderne as soon as transport is arranged.
Return for a REFUND:
Choose this option if you prefer to be compensated for the return item(s) back to your original method of payment.
Return for a REPLACEMENT or GIFT CARD
Choose this option if you are our regular buyer or would prefer a size exchange. Upon receiving your return we will issue you our GIFT CARD +10 EUR extra! Our gift card can be used for any future purchases.
We use high levels of control during manufacturing, packing and shipping. In the unfortunate case you have received a, wrong- or defective item, we are happy to take full responsibility and send you a replacement. We will kindly ask you for your collaboration by providing us with photographic evidence and a detailed description of the issue. Together with your return form, we can then assess and handle your request appropriately.
We can cancel your order up until 12 hours from the time of transaction processing. When fulfilled items have already been handed over for transport, order cancellation is no longer applicable. For approved cancelled orders the return amount will always be deducted by 10% transaction costs.
For returns that do not fall under the conditions above, but will still be accepted (e.g. an approved too late registration or too late arrival), we only will supply a store credit. Return shipping costs will not be credited.

- Items worn or washed
- Items covered in animal hair!
- Items altered from the original (ironed, tailored, sewn)
- Items smelling of perfume or detergents
- Items damaged after delivery
- Items not reported within 14 days after delivery
- Items without original tags/packaging

Simple Moderne shall take no responsibility for returns sent outside our return protocol or returns sent to a not authorized return address.
